IS THIS A PILOT?
Yes — a limited, clinician‑informed pilot. Your feedback will directly influence features and policies and provide an exclusive opportunity for you to help shape your career and employment with us.
DOES STANDBY PROVIDE W2 OR 1099 STATUS?
All pilot participants (and beyond) will always be W2 employees ensuring that you protected for workers compensation and malpractice insurance as well as the other perks (AND SOME) that come with standard W2 employment.
HOW FAST CAN I START WORKING?
Most clinicians start picking pilot shifts within 3–7 days after verification. Since Standby is in the pilot phase of launch, we will do our best to place you closer to the shorter end or even sooner.
WHAT'S THE COMMITMENT FOR THE PILOT?
All we ask is that you are interested in reshaping the way that Dental Pros work paving the way to potentially reduce the labor shortage in this field and create a better employment experience for all Dental Professionals.
Your commitment means showing up for the shifts you accept and participating in feedback sessions with the Standby staff to ensure we are meeting (but even better) exceeding your needs.
